Spasms occur when one or more muscles contract involuntarily and irregularly, forming knots. They may signify a fear of losing a beloved person and create restlessness and helplessness. These knots result from numerous annoyances that sour life, accompanied by emotions and guilt related to sexuality. To maintain love, acceptance and detachment are essential.
A muscle spasm or cramp is an involuntary, painful, and temporary muscle contraction or muscle group contraction. Cramps indicate significant inner tension, sometimes excessive. You may be blocking divine energy, causing it to stagnate within you due to feeling cornered and limited. Unconscious thought patterns, causing repetitive events in your life, need better integration. Currently, you may be under intense pressure and tension, possibly accompanied by feelings of helplessness towards something or a situation. Take time to reflect on what to do and the best solution for you. Fear may be gripping you, and you're clinging to fixed ideas. You're holding on tightly, blocking energy at a specific point. Depending on the location of the cramp, it provides insight into what needs to change. If it's in your foot, consider your direction in life. In your leg, examine your approach to life's journey. In your hand, assess your actions and undertakings. Recognize the inner pain and understand that change is possible. Allow energy to flow freely through you and have faith in moving forward. Pause, reflect, and restart at a slower pace and in a different way, feeling more comfortable in your own skin.

Chest angina, or angina pectoris, occurs when the heart muscle (myocardium) receives insufficient oxygen, resulting in discomfort and pain. Individuals experiencing angina pectoris often describe sensations of heaviness, tightness, or breathlessness. In severe cases, the pain can radiate to the back, left arm, jaw, neck, and wrists. It's crucial to consider heart-related issues in this context, as the person is apprehensive about experiencing further distress and restrains their impulses. They long for liberation from the burdens of life, which they perceive as drowning them without an escape route.
The term "angina" originates from the Latin word "ANGENE," meaning to squeeze, vividly describing the pain localized around the heart (the energetic center of love). Temporary oxygen deprivation in the heart's surrounding muscles leads to reduced blood flow in that area, sometimes necessitating surgical interventions. The heart often symbolizes the engine of one's life. When I excessively give love with attachment, my heart may grow weary of these concerns and lose the joy associated with love, resulting in reduced blood flow. In angina situations, I might be taking life and my passions too seriously. My worries, as well as my joys, become exaggerated, leading to irritation, dissatisfaction, sadness, or irritability over seemingly minor issues. My body sends early warning signals in the form of spasms or heart pain to draw attention to my inner turmoil and the self-destructive tendencies stemming from my disharmonious thoughts. These events provoke a sense of guilt and inner conflict.
Even moments of great joy can trigger angina crises, as the heart's energy center expands, rekindling memories of past sorrows. This can lead to a sudden angina attack. Often, I find myself doing things out of obligation rather than joy, obstructing the free flow of joy in my life. It's as if I prioritize others' happiness and well-being over my own. This excessive focus on others stems from an active ego that isolates itself from the totality of existence, resulting in emotional blockage. This mirrors the concept of sacrificial giving found in Judeo-Christian principles – giving excessively to others. This vulnerability stems from the fear of opening up to those I love, leading to emotional detachment. My body issues serious warnings – spasms, heartaches, and cold extremities (hands and feet). These physical alarms signify that something within me needs attention.
Unconsciously, I might even desire to withdraw from earthly life because I feel overwhelmed by worries without an apparent exit. However, the time for such a decision may not have come. What am I truly afraid of deep down? Life involves continuous exchange; I must give and receive in balance, just like the ebb and flow of blood in the vessels. Any deviation from this balance leads to imbalance and requires my attention. This is a fundamental aspect of human existence, as I am a divine being seeking expression through harmony. My awakening involves not taking life too seriously and remaining open. This process is effortless because I desire life and openness to love, rather than engaging in power struggles. I focus on the beauty of life and learn to love myself as I am, allowing my vital energy to rejuvenate. These initial steps pave the way for significant recovery from this ailment. Lastly, it's essential to pay attention to expressions related to the heart, such as "a heart of stone" or "a hard heart," as they indicate underlying issues deserving of my attention.
