Tonsillitis see also: Throat Infection Psychosomatic and Holistic Meaning and Interpretation

Tonsils serve as a defensive organ and antimicrobial barrier, standing as sentinels at the entrance of the aerodigestive tract. Tonsillitis occurs when the tonsils become a focal point of infection, causing difficulties, particularly when swallowing food.

This ailment represents anger stemming from an inability to "swallow" something in your life. What situation or individual are you finding hard to accept? What challenge feels insurmountable?

If there's something you can't accept, it's likely because a part of your ego is deeply entangled in judgment. You entertain thoughts of rebellion, directed either at yourself or someone else. Cultivating a more loving and accepting approach toward the situation would be beneficial.

Tonsils, also known as "almonds," play a role in the immune system and lymphatic system, functioning as filters overseeing everything at the throat level, corresponding to creativity and communication. Inflammation of the tonsils leads to difficulty swallowing and the risk of choking. This mirrors the suppression of emotions and "choking" of creativity. Tonsillitis (which has "itis" meaning anger) usually arises when the irritations in your life become so intense that your filters (the tonsils) cannot handle it, turning red with anger for being unable to reach a specific inner goal.

It might be the fear of not achieving a significant goal due to time constraints or missed opportunities. There's a sense of almost reaching something dear to you, like a job, a partner, or a possession, but the fear of losing it or not fully enjoying it becomes too much to bear. An intense inner conflict remains stifled and unexpressed, leading to a communication breakdown. Do you feel you're "swallowing" a situation incorrectly? Rebellion may persist in your relationships, whether familial, at school, or work. In the case of children, tonsillitis often results from a lack of awareness and control over events, manifesting as frustration related to life's challenges.

To address tonsillitis, embrace situations around you, accepting them with patience and serenity. This attitude can be taught to children effectively. It's worth noting that tonsil removal signifies accepting reality without prior filtering or censorship, a lack of protection. Dealing with situations in a more harmonious manner is the key.

I must deal with this situation in a different way that would be more harmonious for me.

Scarlet fever is an eruptive disease resulting from infection. It typically begins with a sudden and severe onset, marked by fever, throat inflammation, and a rash that can appear within 24 hours. The entire skin takes on a scarlet hue. Refer to fever, throat inflammation, skin issues, and red spots on the skin, and consider that the person affected may have experienced intense anger following an unexpected and tumultuous life event.

All diseases ending in "itis" typically relate to anger or frustration, as they are often associated with inflammation. Examples include tonsillitis, appendicitis, arthritis, bronchitis, bursitis, colitis, conjunctivitis, cystitis, diverticulitis, epicondylitis, epidermitis, gastroenteritis, gingivitis, hepatitis, ileitis, laryngitis, mastitis, nephritis, osteomyelitis, otitis, ovaritis, polyomyelitis, prostatitis, keratitis, salpingitis, tendinitis, urethritis, and vaginitis.

Muguet, also known as thrush, is a contagious yeast infection characterized by the presence of creamy white plaques in the mouth and throat. This condition is common in children and often arises after continuous crying and screaming when the child seeks physical contact and affection from their parents. To understand this, it's essential to place oneself in the child's position, particularly a baby who requires this contact to feel safe due to vulnerability. Screaming and crying become the child's means of expressing the need for human warmth, even though parents may misinterpret these signals as signs of hunger, thirst, or discomfort. This inability to fulfill the need for physical contact leads to vocalization issues. To address this, parents should hold the child in their arms, offering comfort and affection as frequently as possible to resolve the vocalization problem. In adults, if thrush occurs following a respiratory tract infection, the emotional needs are similar to those of the child mentioned earlier. The inner child in the adult requires attention and security. The adult self can provide comfort and reassurance to restore harmony and promote healing.

THROAT, also known as DIPHTHERIC LARYNGITIS, is primarily seen in children. It presents as voice disturbances and coughing, leading to hoarseness and eventually loss of voice. Breathing difficulties and wheeziness may follow. This condition can be associated with laryngitis, angina, and cough.

Refer to laryngitis, angina, and cough.
