Parasites are organisms, either animal or plant, that live at the expense of another living species without destroying it. In humans, many individuals have parasites to varying degrees, often related to allowing external influences to invade their lives. Children may be particularly susceptible as they navigate the adult world and sometimes suppress their true selves to gain acceptance. Parasites can also be contracted during travel. Having more parasites can signify a preoccupation with unimportant details that invade and occupy one's mind. Your body is signaling that no one can parasitize you without your consent. You have the power to control what enters your life. You don't need to pretend to be someone else to gain love and acceptance; respect yourself, and others will follow suit. Guard your mind from unnecessary thoughts and beliefs, just as you would protect your home from uninvited guests.
