Fatigue often results from excessive worry and fear-based thoughts, which consume energy and hinder goal pursuit.
If you suffer from fatigue, it might be due to a belief that you don't deserve certain things or taking life overly seriously. Mental activity may dominate your life at the expense of physical activity. Begin by appreciating your present life and savoring the moments of joy. Make a list of things you'd like to do and create a concrete plan. The duration isn't as crucial as feeding your body with desires, which brings the joy of living. Fatigue might also follow the resolution of a major conflict and could develop into exhaustion, so consider exploring the latter term.
Chronic fatigue syndrome or ENCEPHALOMYELITIS fibromyalgia can arise following a viral infection and may persist for several years. It can also be linked to a weakened immune system or psychological factors like depression, stress, lack of motivation, and exhaustion due to overexertion. Mentally, I feel drained, leading to emotional instability. Physically, I experience headaches, and my muscle strength diminishes gradually. Even minor exertion leaves me intensely fatigued. I've lost touch with my dreams and ambitions, and I'm apprehensive about life and its responsibilities. I believe I'm incapable of meeting the expectations placed on me.
In reality, this illness serves as a means of withdrawal and a way to garner more attention, offering a sense of security in my illness rather than confronting life head-on. It's essential to reflect on what I was experiencing at the time of the viral infection. Was I contemplating leaving my home? Had I recently faced a death, breakup, or rejection? These experiences are linked to love, particularly self-love. Embracing self-love becomes crucial. I am the most significant person in my life, and by learning to love myself, I engage in self-care and cherish every moment. I am part of a universe where reciprocity is the law. Loving myself attracts the love of others, and I reciprocate. Trusting the universe's guidance helps me progress daily.

I require a period of rest and reflection to regain my energy. Letting go of the past and embracing the present moment is essential, as each moment provides the energy I need.
