Sadness is a natural state of grief and melancholy. Profound sadness can even lead to diabetes, as it feels like the body rejecting joy. It's as if nothing brings a smile, with sorrow coursing through, tearing at the heart. This immense void seeks release through warmth, like a boil that releases tears into the sky. Through this process, the emptiness can fill with sweetness and tenderness, dispelling dark thoughts and restoring dynamism and joy of living.

When I find myself saying that I'm becoming bored or feeling dull, it's an indication that I'm not fully utilizing my strengths and potential. Why do I constantly seek the company of others for stimulation? Boredom is closely linked to melancholy, and if left unaddressed, it can lead to a state of nervous depression. Melancholy often stems from a sense of lack or emptiness in my life. Recognizing this state is the first step. I should allow my higher self to guide me, as all the resources I need are within me. Listening to my inner voice and engaging in practices like meditation and energetic treatments can be beneficial. I possess the capacity to direct my life because I am whole and self-sufficient in my own universe.

Swelling and bloating often result from kidney dysfunction, characterized by a sense of limitation. One may withhold desires and emotions due to a feeling of being blocked or restricted. Even thought processes become rigid. The emotions of others take precedence, leading to a disconnect from one's own emotions. Fear of expressing feelings and a sense of powerlessness give rise to melancholy, sadness, and profound fatigue. The belief in an inevitable failure hinders progress, fostering an inferiority complex and overwhelming fear. Life may seem unjust, leading to inner emptiness and deep melancholy. Inability to act for oneself often results in authoritarian behavior towards others, as one attempts to make decisions on their behalf. Acknowledging the urgency of expressing one's needs and learning to communicate them without causing offense is essential. By embracing authenticity and self-expression, joy and renewed energy can be reclaimed. Improved self-understanding leads to greater empathy and harmony with others.

Nostalgia is a form of melancholy rooted in regret. When experiencing nostalgia, one tends to gaze wistfully into the past, clouded by emotional turmoil, feeling as though something is missing from the present moment. It is akin to daydreaming. However, nostalgia need not be a constant escape from the present. It is harmless when experienced occasionally and without exaggeration.

Learning to fully savor the present moment allows each passing second to be cherished as a unique and enlightening experience.

If I dwell on regrets, I feed my body with sorrow, sadness, and disgust for missed opportunities, actions not taken, words unspoken, or thoughts not pursued. Regrets eat away at my inner self and lower my energy. They create a fertile ground for illness. I must adopt a positive attitude, knowing that I always do the best with what I know. Learning from the past helps me gain experience and wisdom.
