An ulcer is a loss of tissue in the skin or mucosal lining, accompanied by deep lesions in underlying tissues that impede healing. Ulcers can occur in various parts of the body. Refer to the affected body part, noting that the afflicted person often harbors resentment, and the internal pain is challenging to heal. Only forgiveness, as detailed at the end of this book, can aid in healing these wounds effectively.
Ulcers can manifest externally on the skin (arms, legs, cornea of the eye, etc.) or internally within an organ (stomach, intestine, liver, mouth, etc.). They indicate profound fears and insecurity, revealing intense stress and feelings of being corroded, annoyed, and consumed. The location of the ulcer may provide insights into the root causes. For instance, mouth ulcers may suggest unspoken words, while stomach ulcers may reflect difficulties in digesting life's challenges. In general, ulcers signify irritation from within. Learning to let go and find inner calm is essential.
I'm learning to let it flow, to calm down.
A duodenal ulcer refers to the loss of the mucosal lining in the initial part of the duodenum, still exposed to acidic gastric juices. The duodenum represents the first segment of the small intestine and plays a significant role in the digestive system. In its middle section, it receives ducts from the liver and pancreas. This ulcer is four times more common than stomach ulcers and is typically triggered by excessive gastric juice secretion. Refer to stomach problems, and note that the individual experiencing a duodenal ulcer is deeply ruminating within themselves to the extent that they consume themselves internally. Something feels stuck in their stomach, unable to pass. Irritation, frustration, and feelings of helplessness and rebellion are common. Expressing their feelings and acknowledging their struggle to accept what is happening can provide significant relief.

An ulcer is a hole or deep erosion in the gastric wall caused by reduced natural defenses against acid aggression. It results from inadequate mucus protection, leading to cramp-like pains. Refer to stomach problems, adding that the affected person often feels attacked by others and helpless. Encourage reconnecting with one's natural defenses through a change in perception toward events and people.
Stomach ulcers may develop due to low self-esteem, as individuals seek approval by suppressing emotions and desires, neglecting self-respect. This leads to self-criticism and dramatization of life events. Difficulty in digesting life's setbacks accumulates like irritants, manifesting as ulcers. The irritant may be a person or situation one wishes to avoid but can't, leading to a desire to "expel" it from one's life. There's a tendency towards severe self-criticism and even self-destructive thoughts. The body signals the need to discover one's qualities, self-appreciation, and acceptance of the need for love.
I would like to "expel" this irritant from my living space, my "territory".
Duodenitis signifies inflammation of the duodenum, often confused with gastritis or enteritis. Refer to duodenal ulcer and add suppressed cholera. See also the explanation of inflammatory diseases.
