A fainting spell results in a temporary, reversible loss of consciousness due to inadequate brain oxygenation. It can be linked to cardiac arrest but not exclusively. Causes may include asphyxiation or sudden dilation of blood vessels following an emotional shock, leading to reduced blood flow and oxygen to the brain.
Fainting is akin to my mind briefly withdrawing from the physical world, as if I choose to isolate myself in response to a challenging situation. It's a state of rebellion, an inability to cope with a particular circumstance. This condition should not be confused with the controlled experiences of yogis who voluntarily leave their bodies during meditation. I must reflect on the inner panic or anguish that led to such a situation. In all circumstances, I recognize that I am guided and protected, choosing to remain fully aware of the life within me.

Hypotension, also known as low blood pressure, refers to blood pressure falling below normal levels. Symptoms include a tendency to faint, poor circulation to extremities, fatigue, and dizziness. If low blood pressure doesn't cause physical issues, it may be suitable for the individual.
People with hypotension often feel easily discouraged and defeated in anticipation of challenges. They rapidly deplete their vital energy because they struggle to handle life's demands and responsibilities. A lack of courage and a reluctance to take control of their life are common traits.
Hypotension indicates a lack of awareness regarding one's ability to direct their life. It suggests overreliance on negative mental self-perception, leading to feelings of inadequacy and defeat before even attempting to overcome challenges. To counter this, it's important to set concrete goals and work towards them at the right time. Avoid letting the belief that you can't handle life's pressures deter you from achieving your dreams.
Veins are blood vessels that carry blood from organs back to the heart. When veins return blood from the lungs to the heart, it's purified "red" blood rich in oxygen. Conversely, when veins return blood from other organs, it's "blue" blood devoid of oxygen and filled with carbon dioxide (CO2). I've never been lucky with veins (= luck), which is akin to saying I've struggled to find the joy of living. Blood flows through my veins; it signifies life and the happiness of living. I often find myself in conflict with my inner voice and my actions in life. I feel disappointed and overwhelmed, living in a state of inertia where I no longer appreciate the beautiful moments that come my way. I lack energy, feeling empty and unsupported by life and my surroundings, seeing everything in a negative light. My coronary veins may be particularly affected if I fear losing someone or something I "own" and hesitate to let go of. I perceive it as a threat to my territory, such as my spouse, home, family, job, or ideas. I choose to allow joy to flow within me, acknowledging the good moments, learning to relax, and finding inner peace.
I am capable of relaxing.
Heat stroke, also known as dehydration, can occur after prolonged exposure to the sun, such as at the beach or during outdoor sports, or after excessive heating in winter or while in a poorly ventilated room. Symptoms may include general muscular weakness, overheated and dry skin, a pale face, and dark circles under the eyes.
On a metaphysical level, heat can be associated with love when it comes to healing because it signifies increased energy circulation. Conversely, it can be linked to anger when fever and burning sensations occur. In this context, heat stroke symbolizes guilt related to love and a lack of self-esteem. It reflects the need for love and the struggle to fill an inner void and dissatisfaction.
My body is sending a clear message that I must find ways to enhance my self-esteem and address childhood experiences that are resurfacing. I cherish life, and life reciprocates in abundance."
"I love life, and life gives it back to me multiplied by a hundredfold."
Fainting, a sudden and brief loss of consciousness, is often accompanied by a decrease in vision with the appearance of bright spots or spots, as well as a livid complexion, cold sweats, and total unconsciousness.
Fainting serves as an escape for individuals who avoid confronting a particular situation. When this situation persists to the point of discouragement and distress, leading to a feeling of powerlessness, fainting becomes a means of escape.
The message your body conveys is that you may want to remain engaged in that situation, even though it's essential to change your perception of it. Instead of feeding your fears, consider discussing your feelings and seeking help to view the situation differently. Your mindset that says "I can't handle this" encourages you to flee. This situation presents an opportunity for personal growth, and it's time to reconnect with your inner strength.
Fainting involves a temporary loss of consciousness, ranging from a brief moment to half an hour. A total, sudden, and short-lived loss of consciousness is called syncope, while a more extended loss of consciousness leads to a coma. In either case, losing consciousness allows you to temporarily escape reality when your resistance has been exhausted. You may find yourself unable to cope with life's challenges, cycling through fear, anxiety, discouragement, and helplessness. Frequently, you fear losing control and believe you don't measure up to certain people or situations. Holding on tightly blocks your inner energies and forces.
Recognize that you need to let go of the past and old beliefs. Embrace life's natural flow and trust the universe; everything is here for your growth.
