The pancreas plays a crucial role in maintaining blood sugar levels by producing insulin. Imbalances in this process can lead to diabetes or hypoglycemia (for details, see the respective sections). The pancreas symbolizes my ability to express love and deal with conflicting emotions like anger without causing pain. Often, challenges related to family members, power dynamics, or financial matters can impact the pancreas. Developing pancreatic cancer may be linked to a situation that seems unbearable, ignoble, or unjust. The pancreas is also associated with the joy of living and the solar plexus chakra, located just above the navel. It's essential to recognize my needs and take action to pursue them without relying on artificial stimulants; instead, I should learn to love myself as I am.
The abdomen is associated with the chakra of intuition and creativity. Therefore, abdominal ramps indicate a fear of following my intuition and a reluctance to fully embrace my creativity. This blockage of divine energy near or below the navel prevents me from progressing as I should. I'm afraid of discovering a future that's always in my favor. To overcome this, I must open up and trust life. By doing so, I can better follow my intuition and use my creativity in harmony with who I am.
I am afraid to discover a future always favorable for me.
The abdomen, or belly, contains the intestines and can experience unexplained pain unrelated to other discomfort or diseases.
When the upper abdomen hurts, especially in the solar plexus area, it suggests excessive worry about others and fear of them.
When the lower abdomen hurts (below the navel), it signifies excessive concern about the present moment and self-fear. It may feel like someone wants to harm you for their gain.
In the first case, your body is telling you to stop believing that your purpose is to constantly worry about the happiness of others. Compassion is valuable, but making yourself sick for their sake is not required. Learn to let them live their own experiences and help only when asked, respecting your boundaries.
Regarding the lower abdomen, your body signals that you think worrying excessively will protect you from the current fears. However, releasing that worry improves your chances of finding the right solutions. Worrying takes you away from your center, leading to decisions based on fear rather than genuine needs.
Recognize the role of your stomach in digesting, absorbing, and integrating life events. Stomach issues often relate to a need for emotional nourishment and comfort. Food represents affection, security, reward, and survival. During times of separation, loss, or financial scarcity, people may attempt to fill emotional voids with food. Fermentation occurs when emotions are suppressed, leading to bitterness and stagnation. To overcome this, release past emotional baggage and embrace change, even if it's uncomfortable. It's important to accept life's experiences and allow them to shape your growth. Acceptance leads to transformation and relieves pressure and tension.
