In general, this type of regurgitation signifies that the body didn't require what the person had just ingested. When regurgitation reflects a rejection of external events, it's a signal to explore within and identify any fear of rejection that this incident has triggered. This situation can lead to frustration and disgust, potentially resulting in futile confrontations. I need to learn how to channel this fear and express it to prevent gum inflammation. Gingivitis often involves gum bleeding, indicating sadness or a loss of joy because I'm unable to express myself. It might be because I feel unheard or believe that what I say doesn't matter. As gums support the teeth, I may also experience anger and sadness, feeling like my foundation is crumbling, leaving me feeling helpless in the face of life's challenges or other people. I can take moments of solitude to regain my strength and become aware that every life event is an opportunity for growth, and major changes are necessary for achieving my goals.
