Stop feeling the need to perform all the functions traditionally assigned to men, and you'll create space for desired male influences in your life.
It's possible that your problems stem from family beliefs passed down through generations. Perhaps you were taught as a child that menstruation was shameful, sinful, or a sign of illness. It's essential to mourn the past and accept the transformations occurring in your body, inner spiritual life, social and family life with grace.
