Eczema is a highly prevalent skin condition characterized by recurring phases, including an acute, inflamed stage and a chronic phase marked by skin thickening and cracking. Eczema can have both internal and external causes. In children or infants, it may coincide with asthma or other allergies. Refer to skin problems, and note that individuals with eczema experience anguish and fear. Due to a lack of self-confidence, they harbor anxiety about their future, sometimes bordering on despair, unsure of the direction their life is heading. Expressing themselves more openly can be immensely beneficial. If there's EZEZE involved, refer to that term. If eczema is triggered by external products (chemicals, cleaning agents, etc.), mention that such individuals are unduly influenced by their external surroundings.

Baby asthma is even more pronounced than ordinary asthma. Newborns may manifest a fear of life and existence, resulting in a reluctance to be present. It's important to communicate with them, either in thoughts or words, with an open heart, expressing love, appreciation, and attentiveness to their needs.
Asthma is an intermittent disease characterized by difficulty breathing, which can lead to suffocation. During an asthma attack, the body's reaction to allergens is so strong that it can block the airways, causing wheezing and, in severe cases, even death. It feels like I can't take in enough air, which leads to panic since I can breathe in easily but struggle to breathe out. Do I hold on too tightly to certain people or things? Do I suppress my anger or aggression, to the point where it feels like it's caught in my throat? Am I afraid of lacking something, especially love? Asthma is fundamentally connected to the feeling of "choking," whether in relation to loved ones or life situations. It's a sensation of being limited in my space, and it can even lead to conflicts and confrontations that poison my life. I might use asthma to seek love, attention, or emotional dependency. Asthma, similar to asphyxia and allergies, can make me feel limited and invaded by others in my personal space, making me easily influenced by others and prone to people-pleasing. This inner struggle can manifest as physical symptoms. If I avoid facing my limitations, my self-confidence can turn into restlessness and anxiety. Learning to love and accept myself is the key to healing. Others will support me on this journey. I must let go of the image of a needy person and embrace a balanced exchange of love and self-expression. This is often linked to early experiences, an overwhelming love, inhibited sadness in childhood, and the fear associated with my first breath at birth when I felt suffocated or scared. Breathing symbolizes my independence, and if I struggle with asthma, it may reflect difficulties in taking control of my life and breaking free from parental ties, especially with my mother or spouse. I need to learn to separate from these influences, express my individuality, and open myself to love and life to achieve balanced and normal breathing.
I learn to love myself and to love life.
When thousands of people become ill or perish during an epidemic, is there a common lesson for everyone to learn? Epidemics have historically affected large populations, and from a metaphysical standpoint, their scale is proportional to the collective belief that sustains them. All those affected by an epidemic need to recognize the harm they do to themselves by adopting the prevailing thought patterns of others. This particularly applies to epidemics that impact thousands of people within a relatively short period, such as a few weeks or months. From my perspective, numerous diseases have become epidemic, including cancer, AIDS, diabetes, muscular dystrophy, heart disease, and asthma. Despite significant scientific research and discoveries, these diseases continue to affect millions of people each year, with numbers steadily rising. This suggests that there's something more that humanity must address, namely, self-love and genuine forgiveness. See the stages of forgiveness for further insights.
An epidemic involves the spread of a contagious disease, often an infectious one. It's easy to assume that contracting the disease simultaneously with others is unrelated to one's emotions, as it may seem that "epidemics spare no one." However, the difference between contracting the disease alone or with others is merely that several individuals are facing similar life situations. Similarly, both personal and collective insecurities regarding politics, the economy, and the environment, as well as personal anger, can manifest in individuals. The nature of the disease provides clues about the aspect of our lives that requires awareness. By opening up to these experiences and offering love to the part of us that seeks it, we can find greater peace and harmony in our lives.
Lung ailments like pneumonia, bronchitis, asthma, and fibrosis often stem from a deep-seated fear of suffocation or death. Intense anxiety may lead to living within a limited, uncertain territory, with the sense that losing this territory equates to a kind of death, rendering one insignificant. Such individuals may struggle to find their place and navigate relationships effectively. The lungs facilitate respiration, and any malfunction highlights difficulties in transferring oxygen from the air to the blood, a critical function for survival. This malfunction exposes the fear of death that must be confronted and tamed. If you experience chest pain or breathing difficulties, ask yourself if you feel suffocated or oppressed in your life. Do you sense that you're "out of breath," particularly in family relationships? Do you feel limited or undeserving of happiness? Recognize your self-worth and engage in activities you enjoy. Instead of dwelling on melancholic memories, focus on abundance in your life and the positive aspects. Acknowledge that you have the right to your own personal territory, just as others do. Harmony and personal growth can flourish when you reclaim your power and fully embrace life.
