Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) manifests as fatigue, drowsiness, and a depressive state during seasons with fewer daylight hours. Interestingly, individuals with this syndrome regain vitality on sunny days, normalizing their mood. This suggests that their condition relates to external brightness levels, reflecting a disconnection from their inner light.

The message is clear: following a prior incident that triggered feelings of guilt, you began to perceive yourself as a less-than-good person. This false guilt dimmed your inner light. Your body urges you to establish healthy boundaries and recognize your inner beauty and luminosity.
