Chilblains are red areas resulting from exposure to cold, typically on extremities like ears, hands, and feet. These reddish-purple, cold, and sometimes painful areas reflect a situation where life's challenges burn you while your reactions freeze. When chilblains appear on your hands and heels, they slow your progress and prevent you from exploring new experiences. You may feel stuck in certain situations, unable to see beyond them. While externally appearing brave, internally, you may feel empty and exhausted, questioning the purpose of living. Instead of focusing solely on the negative aspects of your experiences, open yourself to letting go of the past and embrace life. By doing so, you'll perceive the love surrounding you and harmonize with your true self and surroundings.

Impetigo is an infectious skin disease commonly seen in childhood and adolescence, characterized by yellowish, non-adherent crusts resembling honey. It often afflicts those with weakened organic defenses. Impetigo primarily affects individuals who avoid emotional touch and interaction with others. They tend to protect themselves, fearing excessive influence, which leads to emotional rigidity. This skin condition underscores the importance of not shielding oneself from others and acknowledging the need for connection. Allowing influence and emotional touch from others is healthier than maintaining emotional barriers. Sensitivity should not be perceived as weakness, and the ability to defend oneself remains intact.

A cold is a condition characterized by symptoms such as coughing, runny nose, aches, fatigue, and nasal congestion. It is highly common and contagious. When a germ or virus affects my body, it indicates a weakness in my immune system. This weakness can stem from mental confusion, a feeling of not knowing where to begin anymore. I should question myself about what steps to take. A cold provides a period of respite during which I can protect myself and maintain some distance from others. Since there's an increased release of secretions, I may be going through an emotional situation that needs expression, something I might want to cry about but haven't admitted. The blocked nose could symbolize an aversion to a person or situation I'd rather avoid. A cold can affect both the chest (the body) and the head (the mind), and an imbalance might arise when I overly focus on one while neglecting the other. Taking time for a pause helps me gain clarity in life. I need to rebuild my strength, adopt new attitudes and behaviors, cleanse my life, and stop being influenced by common beliefs ("the cold always hits hard in December!"). Harmony can then prevail, and I become the master of my life.

The eyelids are the movable structures that protect the eyes from external factors like dust, cold, and light. Pain in an eyelid suggests that you might not shield yourself effectively from external influences, allowing what you see to impact you excessively. Perhaps you are someone who doesn't allow yourself to close your eyelids for rest or sleep because you want to witness everything. If your eyelid is irritated, it reflects that your perception of events is causing irritation, rather than the events themselves. If you find it hard to tolerate what's happening, consider giving yourself permission to step back and rest. This rest will empower you to assert your needs without seeking control over others or expecting them to comply. Practicing tolerance could be beneficial. For eczema or other skin issues on the eyelid, consult the section on eczema and skin problems. Swollen eyelids can be a sign of harboring sadness expressed through tears that you suppress. Remember to close your eyes when resting or sleeping, a voluntary action. If your eyelids are perpetually half-closed, it might signify avoidance or reluctance to face something or someone in your life. If stress is high, your eyelids may blink rapidly. Remember to close your eyes for centering and open them wide to embrace the beauty and opportunities in the universe.

It is also essential to open your eyes wide to embrace the beauty of the universe and the possibilities it offers.
