Paget's disease, also known as Paget disease, is a chronic condition that primarily affects the nipple and areola in women. It presents as a red, oozing area on the breast's surface, which may flake, crust, and occasionally bleed. This condition can also cause the nipple to retract. For further details, please see the section on breast problems.

Breasts house glands responsible for milk secretion. Common breast problems include PAIN, ENDURING, MASTITIS, MASTOSIS, CYST, TUMORS, and CANCER.
Breasts symbolize the act of nurturing, whether towards children, family, spouse, or the world at large. Breast issues, in both men and women, often stem from insecurity in providing care or protection for those they nurture. It implies a tendency to treat others as dependent children, striving to maintain a maternal appearance and be a good parent. This sometimes leads to excessive care for loved ones, neglecting one's own needs and causing resentment due to their demands. Such individuals may be overly controlling in their nurturing approach.
Breast problems may also indicate excessive self-demand, manifesting as excessive self-care and caution. In right-handed individuals, the right breast relates to the spouse, family, or close relationships, while the left breast relates more to their child or inner child. For left-handed individuals, this association is reversed.
Aesthetic breast issues suggest excessive concern about one's motherly image, and it's essential to grant oneself the right to be the kind of mother one is and accept personal limits. When facing issues related to mothering or breastfeeding, forgiveness towards one's own mother becomes crucial. If breastfeeding-related issues arise, it's an opportunity to realize that one's purpose on Earth isn't solely to protect and nurture others. Helping others should occur within one's limits, respecting personal boundaries. It's essential to learn to yield to loved ones without overextending oneself. Maternal love can persist without feeling obligated to continually nurture.

Maternal love can remain without feeling obligated to continually breastfeed.

Large breasts (in both men and women) may result from early attempts to care for others maternally to seek love. Smaller breasts can lead to self-doubt about motherhood, creating a constant need to prove one's maternal abilities. The left breast represents emotional and affective aspects of motherhood, while the right breast symbolizes familial or societal roles. Soft and sagging breasts may suggest a need to improve assertiveness in communication or actions. Breasts are tied to femininity, often subject to varied reactions. Fear of becoming a sex symbol or shame and confusion may arise. Past traumas can trigger fears about motherhood and femininity. Accept the balance of giving and receiving, embracing your femininity.

I choose to accept to receive as much as I give, I accept my femininity.

Breasts symbolize femininity and motherhood. This cancer often reveals deep-seated attitudes and thoughts rooted in early childhood. Since the 1960s, women in some parts of the world have been asserting themselves more, balancing their roles as mothers and fulfilled women. I may struggle to express my true feelings, finding it challenging to strike a balance between my motherly and feminine roles. These inner conflicts, particularly guilt towards myself or my children, may plague me: "Why was my child born? What did I do to deserve them? Am I a good enough mother or woman for them?" These questions intensify guilt, leading to self-rejection and an increased fear of being rejected by others.

I must remember that "love for my child is always present, but my thoughts hold great power, and I must monitor them." Harsh self-judgment amplifies anger and rejection, manifesting as breast cancer. This type of cancer aims to make me aware of an internal conflict related to an element within my vital space, my "nest." Often, it involves my children or someone I consider as such, sparking fear that my "nest" (home) is collapsing. There may be significant stress about the survival of my children. In a broader sense, the "nest" encompasses my spouse, household, and even siblings, especially if we share the same residence. This fear of collapse or rupture within the family or clan is what I face. Men and women can develop this cancer, often arising from a male inner conflict in accepting their own feminine nature.

Some men express their feminine and maternal side almost as strongly as women. As a man, I'll never be a woman, but energetically, I can embrace femininity equally or more than a woman. Thus, breast cancer, even in men, relates to self-esteem and the ability to naturally express innate feminine qualities. The left breast signifies emotional difficulties and repressed emotions in women, while the right breast represents responsibilities and external expectations. Men can experience this symbolism as well, albeit less commonly. As a woman, my breast's volume and shape may be significant in certain circumstances. If my masculine side prevails, I might have smaller breasts and perceive them as inconsequential. My breasts, like my body, communicate, and I have the power to decide their importance as symbols of femininity and sexuality. Striving for balance, love, and self-acceptance is key.

Striving for balance, love, and self-acceptance is key.

The breast is symbolic of identity and inner being. It houses vital organs like the heart and lungs, essential for sustaining life. If you experience ailments or pain in this area, consider if recent family dynamics have affected your sensitivity. Are you afraid of commitment or hesitant to engage in situations that involve giving and receiving? Embrace the idea that being authentic and revealing your true feelings is empowering.
