Abdominal swelling indicates frustration in relationships with one's spouse, children, or family members. It may reflect emotional constraints or difficulties expressing feelings towards those close to you. Taking time to shift one's perspective and adopt a more positive attitude can reveal the abundance in various aspects of life, including emotional, intellectual, and material realms.
Embrace a positive attitude and recognize the abundance in your life across various dimensions.
Belly swelling arises from the accumulation of air or water in the stomach and abdomen. It is linked to emotional frustration and a sense of unsatisfaction in the emotional realm. This perception stems from the mind's impression that the stomach perpetually craves more, yearning for increased attention and affection. However, life provides an abundance that often goes unnoticed. It is essential to evaluate genuine emotional fulfillment, recognizing that it is an inner perception. Acknowledge that life offers precisely what you need in the present moment. Embrace a cheerful disposition, explore the beauty in life, and remain open.

Conjunctivitis signifies inflammation of the conjunctiva, the membrane lining the inside of the eyelid and the eyeball. It presents with symptoms like difficulty opening the eyes in the morning, eyelash sticking due to discharge, eyelid swelling, and redness in the eyes. While it's a superficial condition, vision is usually unaffected.
Regarding eyes in general, conjunctivitis indicates anger following the sight of something one is afraid to witness again. To overcome this, one should strive to see with the eyes of the heart rather than judgmental eyes. This shift can help in rekindling natural enthusiasm.
Conjunctivitis draws a connection between what one sees and their emotional response. Unconsciously, the refusal to see a disagreeable or hurtful situation leads to frustration, irritation, and rebellion. The eyes attempt to cleanse the perceived "dirt," resulting in mental swelling, emotional turmoil, and crying-like reactions. Temporarily, one may prefer blindness to avoid suffering from what they see. Confronting and contemplating the troubling situation, understanding why it evokes such emotions, and staying open and receptive can prevent recurrent conjunctivitis.
Indigestion encompasses various digestive issues caused by overeating, excessive drinking, alcohol consumption, food intolerance, or food poisoning. Refer to stomach problems for more details. If indigestion results from poisoning, please see the section on poisoning. If it occurs due to excessive eating or drinking, consider that you may be overburdening yourself, either physically or emotionally, with something or someone. It's important to recognize that this feeling of weariness or heaviness originates from your inner attitude rather than external factors.
The stomach is the organ responsible for digesting food in my physical body. When indigestion occurs, my body may react with nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain, just as my inner world can become disturbed by thoughts, emotions, and situations that I struggle to process. There is a disharmony within me. What is the situation or person that is challenging for me to digest? What is happening in my life that I find overwhelming? I may even be in rebellion against a person or situation that has criticized me harshly. This could also be related to something I've witnessed or heard that was unpleasant. Anxiety and insecurity can disrupt my inner balance, and if I struggle to digest normally, I may physically reject what I cannot accept, just as I reject new ideas or experiences that I find difficult to handle. It's essential to infuse love into these situations because I have an opportunity to learn and grow. Love is the ingredient that helps me digest and let go of life's challenges, aligning myself with my true self.
